Friday - WOD 28 - It's only 3 Rounds


Skill:
Double unders 2 minutes to get as many as possible

WOD:

1st round:
100 KB swings
*3 burpees at the top of each minute
*5 minute cap

2nd Round:
75 push ups
*2 Sumo pops at the top of each minute
*5 minute cap

3rd Round:
100 Squats
*10 Seal Jacks at the top of each minute
*5 minute cap

Overtime:
50 Hollow Rocks
