Monday - Wod 06 - "The Faithful 50" - Karla


Today we are celebrating Karla's Birthday.
Karla has been a great friend to the Box and the best word that I can use to describe her is "faithful". I use this word because no matter the circumstance, she has always been there, always stood by us, and always given us solid advice.

So in honor of her, I came up with this WOD that is very similar to the "filthy 50", but has a few Karla Tweaks.

Max plank for time

"The Faithful 50"
For time:
50 Box jump, 24"/20"
50 Kipping Pull ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 35/20
50 Walking Lunges
50 Ground to Bar touches
50 Push press, 85/55
50 Med Ball sit ups 20/15 (ground to ground)
50 Wall ball shots, 20/15
50 Calorie Row
50 Single Jump Rope (20 if doing doubles)

OT:
400 meter run
