Saturday - WOD 11 - Partner work


Skill:
20 tricep dips on boxes
40 chest presses with plate while on the ground 45/25

Wod:
In pairs, for time
20 pullups
40 push presses 95/65
60 kettlebell swings
80 med ball sit ups
100 meter dash x 4 (each partner runs 2 times to building 2)

-only one person working at a time
-time stops when last partner comes in from the run
