Thursday - Team Workout


Working with a team is the biggest testament of faith for an athlete. You are not only relying on others to help you to shine, you are relying on others to lift you up when you are down.

Don't ever feel like you are bringing down  your team. No matter how slow you are going, or how fast you are going, CrossFit Success is all about family and using our strengths to help everyone shine.

Strength:
EMOM for 10 minutes
alternating excercises every minute
- 5 Power Cleans (during one minute) 70% of max
- 5 single ARM Russian KB swings 35/20

WOD:
In partner Pairs
4 rounds for time
20 Burpees (alternating)
30 push Presses/OH Plate Hold (45/25)
40 Ring Rows/Bar hang - Knees high
50 Med Ball Sit ups

OT:
200 Meter Dual Plate carry - 15s/10s
