Thursday - WOD 27 - Power up



Endurance:
400 meter Run

WOD:
3 rounds NOT for time

Guys:
Max rep Bench press 100% BW
Then move right to
Max rep Power clean 75% of BW

Girls:
Max rep Bench press 60% BW
then move right to
Max rep Power Clean 50% BW

*After each round, each athlete will row 250 Meters at Active recovery Pace

Overtime:
400 M run again, try to match same time as before.
