Tuesday - WOD 19 - Outside of your comfort zone


So our running and Mud Run season is coming up. We for sure have the Spartan Race that we are doing in May and the Gladiator Rock n Run also in May.

We are going to start doing some more running to prep for these runs. Its not about the long run as much as it is about the short run followed by WORK!

So do your best and TRY your hardest. Not too many people love to run, but we all love to MUD Run.

Skill:
5-5-5
Ring Dips
Box dips for beginners

WOD 1:
AMRAP for 12 minutes
3 Box Jumps Overs
6 alternating DB Split Cleans 35/20
3 DB Squats (Squat Thrusters for advanced) 35/20
100 Meter run after each round

WOD 2:
3-3-3
Deadlifts

Overtime:
Tabata Bar touches/Toes 2 Bar
