Friday - WOD 40 - Fast Friday


Since we have th Wodaholic comp tomorrow, we are going to have a fast and furious Friday workout. Nothing too intense since most of you are competing tomorrow.

Remember, we are going to have fun. Show up on time and come prepared.

WOD 1
40 Power cleans 95/65
with a 15 second hold at the top of each minute

WOD 2
20 Push Presses
with 2 burpees at the top of each minute

WOD 3
60 squats
with 15 jump n jacks at the top of each minute

WOD 4
60 sit ups
with a 15 second plank at the top of each minute
