Friday - WOD 34 - Pre Weekend Calorie Burn



Not that we all drink, or even agree with drinking. However, everyone has some sort of "thing" that they do on the weekends that adds to the Calorie Craze.

So what better way to prepare for this Calorie Craze than a good WOD.
So let's get it done.

Power Clean
Looking for a 1RM

Workout:
Run 400 meters
21 Wall balls
21 Pull-ups
Run 300 meters
15 Wall balls
15 Pull-ups
Run 200 meters
9 Wall Balls
9 Pull-ups

Overtime:
50 Hollow Rocks
