CPO Chris Kyle
After a ton of research and some help from some friends (CrossFit Strive, ABC News), I was able to find all of the information that I needed to create a semi appropriate WOD for the Hero Chris Kyle.

Today we celebrate the life of CPO Chris Kyle, U.S. Navy,
SEAL Team 3, Sniper Element, Charlie Platoon, who was shot and killed on
February 2, 2013, in Texas.
Although Chris is best known for the title of the deadliest
sniper in all of American history, this did not define the man. It was his job,
which he did extraordinarily well, but it did not define who Chris was nor how
he saw him.
We will celebrate his dedication to his country, his family and
how he dedicated his life following his service to helping struggling veterans.
Kyle gave all the proceeds from his bestselling book to families of soldiers
killed in combat
In Chris’ last interview, he spoke about how he wanted to be
remembered, his legacy: “I would love for people to be able to think of me as a
guy who stood up for what he believed in and helped make a difference for the
vets,” he said. “You know, somebody who cared so much about them that he wanted
them taken care of.”
During his ten years of service, Kyle was the recipient of
two Silver Stars, five Bronze Stars with Valor, two Navy and Marine Corps
Achievement medals and one Navy and Marine Corps commendation, Kyle served four
tours of duty in Iraq and is survived by his wife and two children.
