The weekend is over, time to get back to training.

Strength:
5-5-5-5 front squat
Starting with 60% of 1rm

Wod:
4 rounds for time
4 - burpees
8 - Power snatch 75/55
10 - ring rows
1 - 200 meter run

OT:
20 hollow rocks
30 scissor kicks
40 flutter kicks
