40 med ball tosses
40 med ball situps
40 med ball ball over bar throws

Wod
In teams if 4 or 5

2 rounds of
400 m row
30 pushups
20 box jumps
30 kb swings

1 person starts, 2nd athlete starts after 1st athlete finishes previous exercise.
