We are going to try WOD1 of our Wodaholic competition.
For the athletes competing, it will give you a chance to run through it. For others, it will give you a chance to try it out. For the judges, it will give you a chance to judge some athletes to get the movements down.

The James Complex
20 pullups
25 box jumps 24/20
30 kb swings 35/20
35 med ball sit ups 20/15
9 James complexes - 20 meter OH carry after each 3
*8 min cap
* james complex equals - burpee, power clean, front squat, push press to back, back squat, press to front
