Max Hand stand hold for time (scaled version on the box)
Max Ring dip hold for time (scaled version on the box)

WOD1
Dead Lifts and Double unders
AMRAP in 5 mins
3 Deadlifts 135/95
3 Double unders
6 deadlifts
6 double unders
9 deadlifts
9 double unders
and so on until the time is up

WOD2
Swings and Sprints
2 kb swings 35/20
2 sprints
4 kb swings
4 sprints
6 kb swings
6 sprints
and so on until the time is up
