Tuesday - WOD 48 - "Hope For Kenya" & Goals




Today we will be working on February Goal completions.\
If  you have met all of your goals, then you will do the Kenya WOD.
So if Fran is one of your Goals, you can do Fran.
If Deadlifts are one of your goals, you can deadlift.
Just get it done.

"Hope For Kenya" WOD

WOD:

Hope for Kenya WOD
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
50 Squats
30 Push-ups
15 Pull-ups

OT:

Max double unders 2 mins
