Wednesday - WOD 32 - Running from "The Chief"

Middle of the week... Tired... Drained... Sore?

Just remember... Don't Stop!

Nobody else is going to to push you to get your results. Nobody else is walking around in your shoes. Nobody else has your Goals.

You are the only one that is going to get things done.

In the past few days we have had so many PRs on Pullups, Burpees, Power Cleans, inches lost, weight lost and more. Consistency is the only way those people have made those personal goals.
Choosing to just come is up to you. Nobody else can make that choice for you. You have to make it part of your day and Choose  come in to make a difference in your life.

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power cleans 135/95
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
* Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

OT:
5-5-5-5
Bent over Rows
with increasing weight each set
