Wednesday - WOD 49 - Team Deadlifts


Skill:
5-5-5-5
Single Arm RDLs
with increasing weight each set

WOD:
In Teams:
each member of the team will complete the following
20 Deadlifts @ 75/55 lbs
20 deadlifts @ 85/65 lbs
20 Deadlifts @ 105/75 lbs
5 X placing 3 medballs onto Plyo box

OT:
10 Negative Pullups

Advanced Strength option (After OT)
3 sets of 10 Single arm KB Rows
3 sets of 10 Hang high pulls
3 sets of 10 Supine grip bent over Rows
