Wodaholic Standards



Before I post the Standards, know that our goal with this competition is for our WHOLE team to be able to do this.
There is no reason to be scared or ashamed. You will be working out with your fellow CrossFit Success Athletes. No outsiders will be competing against you.
We want to have fun in a larger scale since most of you morning peeps don't see the night peeps and vice versa.

Here are the Standards:
Rx women:
Power Clean 65 lbs
DeadLift 115 lbs
Pull ups - Kipping with Band - chin above bar
Back Squat - 65 lbs, must be able to Clean weight to back position
Push Press - 65 lbs
Kettle Bell Swing - 20 lbs
Runninng - With up to 20 lbs of weight added on
Burpees - Chest to Ground clap overhead
Push ups - Chest to Ground with Snaking, no modified on knees

Scaled Women & Masters RX (50+):
Power Clean 55 lbs
DeadLift 95 lbs
Pull ups - Box Pullups orkipping band pullups - chin above bar
Back Squat - 55 lbs, must be able to Clean weight to back position
Push Press - 55 lbs
Kettle Bell Swing - 20 lbs
Runninng - Standard Running
Burpees - down to plank position
Push ups - Chest to ground with snaking or modified on knees

Men Rx:
Power Clean 95 lbs
DeadLift 155 lbs
Pull ups - Kipping Pullups - chin above bar
Back Squat - 95 lbs, must be able to Clean weight to back position
Push Press - 95 lbs
Kettle Bell Swing - 35 lbs
Runninng - With up to 30 lbs of weight added on
Burpees - Chest to Ground clap overhead
Push ups - Chest to Ground with Snaking, no modified on knees

Men Scaled and Masters Rx (50+):
Power Clean 75 lbs
DeadLift 135 lbs
Pull ups - Kipping Pullups with band - chin above bar
Back Squat - 75 lbs, must be able to Clean weight to back position
Push Press - 75 lbs
Kettle Bell Swing - 35 lbs
Runninng - With up to 20 lbs of weight added on
Burpees - Chest to Ground clap overhead
Push ups - Chest to Ground with Snaking, no modified on knees
