Happy 25th Birthday Sabrina. From the first time I talked to you on the phone, I knew you would be an amazing part of our CrossFit family.

If you are not wearing Lime Green or Purple, you have to wear a TUTU.

Tabata Pushups with a Plank Rest
Example -
