Thursday - WOD 73 - Birthday WOD "38 Special"


Happy Birthday Cheryl. I am so glad that you are a part of our Group. You are one of the hardest workers I have ever met. Always showing up... Always trying... Always smiling.

The "38 Special" WOD is a tough one.

Strength:
3 Rounds of
8 Reps Back Squat
Trying to increase weight on each Set

Followed by trying to find a 1RM on Back Squat

WOD:
"38 special"
38 Ring Rows
38 KB Swings
38 double unders (114 singles)
38 slam balls
38 sit ups

*2 burpees at the top of every Minute

Overtime:
38 Shoot Throughs
38 seconds of Hollow Holds
