April Box Jump challenge - Guys Vs. Gals


Here are the Rules:


  1. Each week you can earn a max of 10 points by doing your body weight in box jumps
  2. If you do not know your weight, then a standard 130 lbs will be used for Girls and 180 lbs for Guys
  3. A 20 inch box is used for girls
  4. A 24 inch box is used for Guys
  5. If Any scaling is done - a 5 point Score will be given
  6. Examples of Scaling:
    1. Using a shorter Box
    2. Doing Step ups instead of Box jumps
    3. Completing Less than your Body weight in Jumps
  7. Example Scoring
    1. 200 lb male doing normal box jumps on 24 in box - If he completes 200 Box jumps each weeks for 4 weeks, he would get 40 points
    2. 200 lb male doing step ups on the 24 inch box - If he completes all 200 steps ups each week, he would get 20 points in the month
    3. 200 lb male doing normal box jumps on a shorter 20 inch box - If he completes all 200 box jumps each week he would get 5 points per week and 20 points for the month
  8. At the end of the month, an average will be used to determine the winner between the Guys and girls
  9. A suitable punishment will be determined for the team that Loses
