Friday - WOD 98 - Feedback Friday




This will be our first "Member created WOD". We had so much fun with this watching everyone put in their suggestions and then help us create this WOD.

It will be a fun One:
I am also putting the name next to the person who suggested the exercise just for fun. However, I am responsible for the reps/weight/structure etc.

Skill: (15 mins to complete the following)
3 rope climbs for time 9 ground to standing for beginners (Dena)
6 tire flips for time (Jenny)
9 bar facing burpees for time (sabrina)

WOD:
5 min AMRAP
5 Burpee wall balls (karla)
10 slam balls (tristine)
15 Single Arm Dumbell Snatches 35/20 (Roy Aaron)

5 Min AMRAP
5 Burpee Bar Touches (Casey)
10 Toes through Rings (Tamera)
15 Tire Hits (Jill)

5 Min AMRAP
5 Shoulder to Overhead 95/65 (mattie 13.2)
10 Deadlift 95/65 (mattie 13.2)
15 Box jumps 24/20 (mattie 13.2)

Overtime:
Partner UP
50 Med ball situps with a 20 " box (Madison)
