Thursday -- WOD 85 - When Life Gets Heavy, Squat it!


Take a look at the picture. How perfect were we at squatting when we were younger. The major difference is that through time, we lost strength in our core, lumbar and legs.

We are going to work on this.

Skill:
2 minutes of the 6 Point plank

WOD:
This wod can be done as Rx, Intermediate, or beginner

4 min AMRAP
OH Squat
Advanced 95/65 - Intermediate 75/55 - Beginners 65/45 and Partner up
run 100 meters after every 20 reps

4 Min AMRAP
Front Squat
Advanced 135/95 - Intermediate 95/65 - Beginners 75/55 and Partner up
run 100 meters after every 20 reps

4 Min AMRAP
Back Squat
Advanced 185/135 - Intermediate 135/95 - Beginners 95/65 and partner up
run 100 meters after every 20 reps
