Thursday - WOD 91 - "LegTastic"

What a great week so far. Time to hit some legs. Not in the heavy sense, but in the muscular endurance sense.

This Leg work out will leave you wanting more... more arm WODs.

Snatch balance
15 reps
Beginners - PVC Pipe
Intermediate - Empty bars 45/35
Advanced - 75/55

4 Rounds for time
30 Ft OH Lunge - beginners PVC pipe - Int/Adv Empty bar
25 Tire Plyo Squats
20 Ground to Bar touches - Beginners half squat to bar

300 Meter Shuffle (to the farmers market)
