Tuesday - WOD 95 - Will Power
Strength: (15 minutes total)
3 x 7 Hang Snatch (50% Power Clean Max - No increase)
3 x 5 SDHP (60% of Max Power Clean, 70%, 80%)
WOD 1:
Wonderful Ladder of Push Presses & Bent Over Rows 95/65
Minute 1 = 1 Rep
Minute 2 = 2 Reps
And so on...
WOD 2:
Wonderful Ladder of Renegade Rows 35/ 20 and Push ups
Minute 1 = 1 Rep
Minute 2 = 2 Reps
And so on...
Overtime:
Foam Roll and Stretches
Review of Arm Stretches
