Wednesday - WOD 78 - WOD for GOD
It has been a very amazing week/month so far. It is so wonderful to know that we are still growing and all of that growth has been because of YOU!

While we continue to grow, know that our main goal is, and always has been, Changing People's Lives!

Once change begins, it is most certain that everyone will be faced with several trials.

Not only do you have to deal with the challenge of being consistent... you are also faced with time restraints, nutrition downfalls, training delays, missed PRs, family issues, work problems, lack of energy, lack of family/friend support and so on.....

Take comfort in knowing that through the fire of the trials, you will come out Stronger in the end!

2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. 4 Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything James 1:2-4
And finally, We are going to recite our new prayer every Wednesday:
Father, Thank you for the abilities you give us, for the strength and wisdom we gain in our training. Be with us as we work that we may do our best. Help us to be encouraging to others. Thank you for the people that you have brought into our lives. Bless the athletes, coaches, and all those who support our training. May the results from our training be a reflection of Your Spirit in our lives. And finally Father, remind us that there is no failure, but only growth in the body, mind and Spirit.Amen.
