Wednesday - WOD 84 - WOD for GOD!

This past week has been so awesome. We have seen so much growth and so many changes in many of our members.

I especially love to see the tidal wave of knowledge that is flowing from so many of our Tenured Members. To some coaches, this may bother them... To me... it is the biggest form of flattery.

Think about it.... Something that I taught 1 person... is being taught to a 2nd person!

Pay it forward!

However, I urge all of you to accept instruction from our tenured members with open arms. I promise you, they are not trying to bring you down in any way. They are simply trying to pass along advice that I gave them that helped them to get the job done!

Sometimes, by listening to advice, we will in the end become wise also.

Listen to advice and accept discipline, and at the end you will be counted among the wise.
Proverbs 19:20

This is a long WOD - Only a warm up - No skill

For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

To do the workout as Rx, each exercise must be complete before moving on to the next exercise. However, you can start with any exercise you like.

For intermediates, you can partition the workout as needed.

For beginners, you will do half the workouts or have a partner.
