Wednesday - WOD 90 - WOD for GOD - Moving Forward

This week we have been talking about the idea of moving past our current levels of comfort and stepping into new realms of possibilities.

We have been hearing so many of you talk about how awesome things have  been in your lives ever since you started at CrossFit Success.
Many of you have also pointed out the fact that so many of the things that we do you have never done before, or haven't done in a very long time.

When I think about everyone's growth and the growth of our gym, I am so proud when I see someone step outside of their comfort zones.

Remember, outside of your comfort zone is where the magic happens.

I know that moving forward is difficult, and in fact, as we talked about a few weeks ago, moving forward is often met with our own friends and family trying to hold us back.

When trying to reach our goals and follow our own journey, it is important to know that we can't look back, we have to keep moving forward.

62 But Jesus said to him, No one, after putting his hand to the plow and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”  Luke 9:62
So let's move forward, forget the past, and make the magic happen.

10 Burpees

100 Meters Snatch Grip OH Lunges empty bar for advanced/PVC pipe for beginners
