Monday - WOD 119 - Chelsea

So I heard someone say that they missed the really long WODs.

So here you go!

Keep in mind that beginners will do a scaled time version of this.

We will also start on different stations to accomodate our larger classes.

WOD
Chelsea
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
On The Minute Every Minute For 30 Minutes.

Overtime:
30 rack position lunges
95/65
