Skill:
Front Squat:
7-7-7-7
Trying to increase the load on each set

Metcon 1:
3 min AMRAP
Burpee Toes 2 bar (counts as 1 point)

Metcon 2:
3 min AMRAP
1 Manmaker (counts as 1 point)

Metcon 3:
2 min AMRAP
20 double unders
5 slam balls
(each round is worth 25 points)

Overtime:
3 x 50 meter reverse jog, then 50 meter forward return
1 x 100 High knee skipping
