Tuesday - WOD 120 - Snatch Balance

We are working on some quick Snatches today. Form is super important.

30 Dumbbell RDLs (hamstring development)
2x5 Snatch balances 75/55

5 Hang Power Snatches (must land in Power Stance then lock out) 75/55
10 Bar jump overs (both feet leave the ground at the same time)

WOD 2:
10 Hammer hits on the tire
15 Bar touches (must touch the knees first then jump to touch bars)
20 Meter sprint (sprint to the next building garage door then back)

40 Meter repeats - Every 30 seconds for 7 minutes ( a total of 14 runs)
From behind the Trailer next door to the edge of the grass is 1 run
run to the grass, wait until next 30 second interval
run back to the trailer, wait
and so on
