Wednesday - WOD 115 - WOD for GOD

Today I wanted to talk about Discipline. Not the type of discipline that we normally talk about when we are in trouble, but the type of discipline that is needed when we are trying to get in shape.

I know all too well how difficult it is to stick to a specific plan when I am training. It take Discipline, it takes determination. As we are moving along with our CrossFit journey, we will all find at some point that we are at a crossroad... Do we turn left, or do we turn right.

In this crossroad, we must remember that we are on this journey for specific reasons... Good health, fellowship, and the Glory of God!

We must also remember that our community is behind us.

So we have to stay strong.

Proverbs 10:17
He who heeds discipline shows the way to life, but whoever ignores correction leads others astray.

While being this disciplined might seem difficult, know that these minor set backs are nothing compared for the prize that we are all being prepared for.
2 Corinthians 4:17
For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison,
