Wednesday - WOD 121 - WOD for GOD


Today I wanted to talk about being role models. It is so important that we remember that what we train our youth today, they will carry with them for a life time.

It's not just about being tough or being successful, it's about teaching them how to care and love the world that we live in.

Part of that responsibility is teaching our kids that we will not only die for them if we had to, but we in fact Live for them. That means staying in good health in order to not only provide for them, but to be the parent or role-model that they need us to be

John 5:19So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of his own accord, but only what he sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, that the Son does likewise.
It is also important that we start teaching good habits early on in life.
It is so awesome to see our kidos doing CrossFit and trying to do the things that we do.
We need to carry that forward with other things in life as well:

  • how we eat
  • how we speak to others
  • how we treat others
  • our ethics
  • and so on
Proverbs 22:6
Train children in the right way,  and when old, they will not stray.
