Sat - WOD 147 - Team WOD

In teams of 3 adv or 4 int.

Team plate carry relay
One at a time, each athlete will carry a plate to a 100 m, 200 m, and 300 m station
Once complete, the entire team will complete the following:

Team chipper
50 tire flips (only 2 team members flipping at a time)
100 kb single arm snatches 35/20
150 toes thru rings
200 med ball situps

Notes - only one person working at a time except for tire flips
- there is a 20 rep cap per team member before a "tag" jas to be made
- numbers represent what the whole team has to do
- can start on any exercise and move to any exercise
-must finish an exercise before moving on
