Thursday - WOD 151 - Stations


if you want to get better at Kipping pullups, and have less injury from doing them, then you need to get better at strict pullups

Strength:
Strict Pullups or weighted pullups. or use a nad if you need to
3-3-3-3-3

WOD:
2 rounds in 1 minute stations
-Deadlifts 185/135
-Box jumps
-Row for calories
-Hammer hits

OT:
400 Meter Run
