Tuesday - WOD 131 - Snatch This!



Strength:
Thrusters:
5-5-5-1-1-1
starting with 70% of Front Squat Max

WOD:
100 Squats
75 Push ups
50 situps
25 pullups
-15 Snatches after each exercise 95/65
-Must complete each exercise before moving on to the next exercise

Overtime:
Mobility work - Foam roll and Stretch
