Tuesday - WOD 149 - Bday WOD "Sara"



Happy birthday to an amazing athlete and friend. I hope this WOD won't kill me

Sara's Hope for this WOD is that everyone steps outside of their comfort zone and try to use a heavier weight (with good form).
I have seen Sara move from not being able to lift very much at all, to becoming one of our Strongest female athletes. She did this my trying harder and harder every day she is at the Box.
I am so proud of her.

For this WOD everyone needs to wear Neon colors (there might just be a burpee penalty if you are not)

Fun Skill:
Tug-o-war

WOD:
4 rounds for time (28 reps each movement)
7 front squats 135/95
7 back squats
7 Deadlifts
7 Power Cleans
*28 Meter Sled Pull after each Round (91 Feet)

OT:
28 Double unders for time
