Wednesday - WOD 150 - WOD for God


This is our last week in the old box. We are so thankful that we are moving to a new box with our wonderful CrossFit Success Family.

You guys made this happen. And for that we are truly thankful.

So... What are you thankful for

Team WOD
teams of 3 or 4
Each person will do a KB waiter carry 25 meters
Then... 25 kb swings each - 1 person at a time.

25 meter carry
then.... 25 kb presses each person

25 meter carry
then ... 25 kb squats

25 meter carry
25 presses

25 meter carry
25 kb swing

once back in the building
100 kb situps
100 kb chest presses
100 kb single arm snatches
