Monday - WOD 153 - CrossFit Success 3.0


This is our first day in CrossFit 3.0
I am so excited to share our dream with all of you.
As you can tell, we have a little more work to do. Some painting here, hanging stuff up there, Tire flips here, bar lifting there. You get the point

Here is today's WOD

Strength:
15 Supine grip Strict Pullups
15 Dips

WOD:
Running From grace
30 Ground to OH 135/95
after every 10 reps, run 200 Meters to the Gray Brick Wall

30 Abmat Situps
