Monday - WOD 159 - Ladders!

We will finally get back on track with our measurements and body fat checks.

We are also back to our cycle of olympic lifts.

This week will be snatches.

Strength:
Wonderful ladder of:
Oh squats 75/55
Beginners - empty bar
Min 1 - 1 oh squat
Min 2 - 2oh squats
And so on.

Snatch grip deadlifts
Floor sweepers

400 meter oh pvc pipe walk/run
