Snatch Grip High Pulls
60% x 5
70% x 5
80% x 3+

Conditioning
In teams of 4
16 Min AMRAP
Team Chipper
50 squats
50 box jump overs
50 single arm snatches
50 pullups
50 kettlebell swings
*each athlete will rotate every minute
*the team must stay in that same order

OT:
50 flutter kicks
50 scissor kicks
