Saturday - WOD 192 - Bday WOD "Mary L"

So her real name is Marielle, but what can I say, I love to give out nicknames.
Wow, Mary L and her Hubby Gary are amazing. Super Friendly, amazing athletes, ex gymnasts, and crazy funny.

I don't even know if this WOD will begin to touch what they are capable of, but we will see if we can manage this.

Team Relay
 3 plates per person
10 lbs for girls
25 lbs for guys
carry each plate 1 at a time from point A to point B. Then back again

WOD: in teams of 3 or 4
31 Squats - each person goes down and remains in the down position until the final person is down, then each person returns up
31 TGUs - Each time up and each time up counts - each person will TGup and hold the up position until the final person gets ups. Then one at a time each person will go down. Each up and Down will count as 1
31 pushups - Same as the squats
31 Situps - Same as the squats
31 wall balls - Same as squats
31 burpees - same as squats
