Thursday - WOd 218 - "keep the change"

Endurance:
5 min to find max double unders
Only strung together ones count.
WOD
Everyone starts with 100 points
For every rep during the WOD, you get to remove a point.
AMRAP 1

Push presses 95/65
AMRAP 2
4 min
Burpee complex
- 4 mountain climbers, push up,  burpee
OT
After wod 1 and 2, deduct total reps from your 100 points.
Remaining points = front rack lunges with bar from wod 1
