Thursday - WOD 224 - Super Hero WOD




When I think about Super Heroes, I think about all of the amazing things that I thought I could never do, but now can. Pull ups, Snatches, Hand stand pushups and on and on.

The thing that drives us to want to believe in a super hero is the same thing that drives us to want to be better... Inspiration.

How much of an inspiration can you be today by showing your family, friends, and self that you can do the impossible. You can choose to workout, lose weight, and get stronger.

Hulk Lifts (Deadlift)

WOD:
Sidekick WOD (partner)

-60 Thor Hammer Hits (single arm Dumbell hits)
-70 Iron Man Push Presses
-80 Captain America Sheild Situps (plate situps)
