Front Squats:
5 @ 65%
5 @ 75%
5+ @ 85% (M.E.)

Partner WOD:
100 Deadlifts 185/115
80 Pushups
60 Med ball Sit ups
40 Pull ups
20 Box Jumps

1 partner works while the other runs 200 meters. At that point, the partners can switch

Overtime:

Max hand stand hold.
