cleans or squat cleans are acceptable
-must leave
from the ground on each rep
-must hit a
good "racked" position on top

The Wonderful
Ladder Sprints
-1st
Minute – 1 Sprint
- 2nd
Minute – 2 Sprints
- And so on
- If you do
not finish a Sprint during the minute, you are out.
