With the 21 day challenge in full swing, I have been asked so many times "How can I be strong when I am surrounded by people who try to get me to do bad things?"
The simple truth is that everyone has the same problem. Often times when you are trying to do your best, you are asked to do your worst.
- drinking
- smoking
- eating bad
- gossiping
- not sticking with your nutritional plans
- not working out
- Infidelity
- and so on
You have to stand firm to your beliefs and to your Goals. We set goals for a reason. We work hard for a reason. We stick together for a reason.
You must surround yourself by like-minded people in order for you to accomplish your goals.
You must try to avoid negative, mean-spirited individuals because they will drag you down.
