Strength
15 minutes to find a 1 rep max front squat
Score is total per team

Wod

Teams of 3 or 4
3 stations (in any order)

Station 1
AMRAP 4 minutes
Ring rows (at the top of every minute, 2 pull ups per team member)
*must alternate before 20 reps or less

Station 2
AMRAP 4 Minutes
Tire flips (at the top of every minute, 2 tire jumps per team member)
* 2 team members at a time flipping

Station 3
AMRAP 4 MINUTES
Partner deadlifts (at the top of every minute 2 burpees per team member)
*185 on the bar
** 2 athletes lifting at the same time
