Tuesday - WOD 239 - The final countdown
Skill:
Snatch WORK
15 minutes
WOD:
Stations:
3 Rounds
2 minute rest between Stations
50 seconds at each station with a 10 second buffer between stations
Station 1 - KB Swings 52/35
Station 2 - Burpee Box Jumps
Station 3 - Plate to OH (plate must drop be flat on the ground on each rep)
OT:
2 minutes of Double unders (singles for beginners)
2 minutes of Toes to Bar
Score is the combined total of both movements
