Wednesday - WOD 251 - WOD For God (no turning back)


Recently, I have been talking to several of you about the idea of moving past our current levels of comfort and stepping into new realms of possibilities.

I have been hearing so many of you talk about how awesome things have  been in your lives ever since you started training at with us at CrossFit Success.
Many of you have also pointed out the fact that many of the things that we do you haven't done in a very long time, or you have never done before.

When I think about everyone's growth and the growth of our gym, I am so proud of the progress. I am especially proud when I see someone step outside of their comfort zones.

Remember, outside of your comfort zone is where the magic happens.

I know that moving forward is difficult, and in fact, as we talked about a few weeks ago, moving forward is often met with our own friends and family trying to hold us back.

When trying to reach our goals and follow our own journey, it is important to know that we can't look back, we have to keep moving forward.

But Jesus said to him, “No one, after putting his hand to the plow and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”  Luke 9:62
So let's move forward, forget the past, and make the magic happen.

Strength
- 3-Position Clean (floor, below knee, above knee) 3@ each 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%
- Clean Pull - 2 sets of 3@95%, 2 Sets of 3@100%
- Front Squat - 3 sets of 3@75%
- Hanging Good Mornings - 3x5 (empty bar at first, then move up as appropriate)

WOD 1: With a Partner
7 min AMRAP
5 Burpees
10 Floor Sweepers (135/95)
*each partner must complete 1 full round before trading off. However, 1 partner may do more than 1 round

WOD 2: with a partner
7 Min AMRAP
5 Hand release Push ups
10 Med ball Situps (may use a kettle bell also)
*each partner must complete 1 full round before trading off. However, 1 partner may do more than 1 round 

OT:

400 meter run or row followed by foam rolling
