Warm-Up: 
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Ab mat sit ups
Supermans

Skill:
3 Deadlifts 
3 Hang Power Cleans
3 Push Jerks
Rest, add weight and repeat for a total of 4 rounds.

Workout: 
"DT"
5 rounds for time of:
12 Deadlifts 
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerks

Use the same weight for all exercises; men 155lbs / women 105lbs or scaled to ability.
